Job Description

Based at the Central Campus, Brighton

Greater Brighton Metropolitan College attracts over 500 international students to study at the College each year. We are looking for experienced Activity Leaders who will be responsible for accompanying International students on trips and cultural activities in the South East of England.

This role, reporting to the International Student Officer, requires an out-going and friendly individual who is interested in communicating with International students.

The role is ad hoc and would suit candidates with other study or work commitments. The busiest times for the role are March/April, June/July and September/October.

You will need to be flexible, and importantly be aware of how to meet students’ needs whilst away from the College.  Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to confidently manage a group of students on your own.

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive candidates, with experience of working with students. You will be dealing with students from many nationalities so it is vital that you have a good understanding of and respect for people from different backgrounds.
