Commercial Services Coordinator (G B Skills)
Greater Brighton Skills Co. has been created as part of a collaboration between City College Brighton and Northbrook College to promote and market a full suite of work related training.
18.5 hours per week
Based at the Kingston Buci Campus, Shoreham-By-Sea - but will be expected to travel to other Campuses in Worthing and Brighton, so your own transport is essential.
We are seeking to appoint a coordinator to work within the Greater Brighton Skills Co to support a responsive and effective service to the college’s external customers in relation to the lettings of its premises across all sites to ensure the required annual income target is met. You will also be required to support the maximum use of the college’s Centre for Leadership for commercial purposes.
You will require proven high levels of customer service experience, especially with sales, together with an understanding of local business communities/sectors and the training trends that arise. You also require excellent communication skills and good IT and organizational skills. You should hold qualifications to level 2 (at least 5 x GCSEs or equivalent) and a level 2 qualification in Customer Service is also desirable.
You will be required to travel to all College Campuses, therefore your own transport is essential (mileage expenses can be claimed).
